Giorgio Ruini
BoD Chairman
He holds a degree in Economics and Business and built his professional career in accounting, administration, and control at Mars Italia, later serving as Chief Operating Officer at Hospal. IIn 1985, he co-founded Bomi Group, where he was Chairman from 2011 to 2019, leading the company to its IPO on AIM. He also co-founded Confindustria Dispositivi Medici and served as Treasurer and Executive Committee member from 2008 to 2018. In 2021, he was awarded the Italian Order of Merit for Labour (“Cavaliere del Lavoro”).
Marco Ruini
Managing Partner
He holds a degree in Economics and Business and served as Chairman of Bomi Group until September 2023, overseeing the company’s activities and following its integration within UPS Healthcare under President Wes Wheeler. In addition to his main role at Bomi, Marco was a member of the AIM Italia Advisory Board (2017–2019) and has served as Vice President of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici since 2018.
Lisa Vascellari Dal Fiol
Lead Independent Director
She holds a degree in Business Law and Economics and a Master’s in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University. She is a member of the Milan Chartered Accountants Association. She worked at Biscozzi Nobili Tax & Legal and currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Control and Risks Committee, and the Supervisory Board of Davide Campari Milano N.V.
Claudio Bulgarelli
Independent Director
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is Chairman of Fintel S.r.l., a family-owned finance company. He began his career at SOI Consulting in Turin and later became Plant Director at Bonfiglioli Riduttori. Since 1973, he has been an entrepreneur, leading companies such as LB Variatori, Imi Ferrari, and Unifill, and has served on the boards of several companies. In 1993, he acquired Hydrocontrol S.p.A., where he served as Chairman and CEO until its sale to Interpump Group in 2013. He is currently Chairman of Sabaf S.p.A. and a board member of Exor S.p.A. and Oversonic Robotics S.p.A.
Alessandro Squeri
Independent Director
He holds a degree in Economics and Business from Bocconi University and is an entrepreneur in the food sector. He currently leads his family business, Steriltom S.r.l., and is a member of the Strategic Committee of PE Finance for Food One. He is also President of the youth division of Federalimentare.

Stefano Vitali
General Manager
He holds a degree in Economics and Business, with a focus on Financial Institutions and Markets, from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, and a Master’s in Finance and Financial Markets from the Catholic University of Milan. With over 25 years of experience in the finance sector, he has specialized in Corporate and Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Asset Management.
Mario Saccone
Group CFO
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Naples “Federico II” and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bologna Business School (formerly Profingest). He served as Group CFO of Italian industrial groups, managing over 28 years of international operations. More recently, he has contributed to the launch and structuring of a new prominent player in the Italian Family Office sector.
Faustino Galeotti
Investment & Relationship Manager
Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Modena, with long-standing experience in equity markets. He held positions such as Head of Equity Research and Head of Equity Sales in major financial institutions. He worked in the Equity Capital Markets team at Banca IMI, following over 70 IPOs and listings, and was Head of ECM – Corporate Finance Mid Corporate.
Lorenzo Del Forno
Investment Analyst & Investor Relator
Graduated in Business and Management with a major in Corporate Finance from LIUC – Carlo Cattaneo University. He holds a postgraduate Master’s in Merchant Banking & Private Capital from LIUC Business School. Lorenzo worked in consulting, focusing on M&A and Transaction Services, and was involved in the re-listing of ABC Company.
Andrea Maggioni
Senior Investment Analyst
Graduated in Financial Markets and Intermediaries from the Catholic University of Milan. He earned a Master’s in Merchant Banking & Private Capital from LIUC Business School. Before joining ABC, Andrea gained experience as Manager in the Transaction Services team of a leading consulting firm.
Michele Bazzocchi
Junior Analyst
Graduated in Economics and Business, major in Management, from the University of Bologna. He completed a Master’s in Finance at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. During his career, Michele has worked as an M&A and Corporate Finance Analyst at an advisory firm and previously in tax services at a leading bank.
Stefan Miskin
Head of Advisory
Graduated in Economics and Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with a specialization in Corporate Finance. He has solid experience in the M&A sector, gained both in financial boutiques and within international industrial groups backed by leading investment funds, where he served as Head of M&A. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed and completed over 30 M&A transactions across Europe, North America, and South America, with a total deal value exceeding €700 million.
Enrico Sobacchi
Head of Business Development Area Advisory
He holds a degree in Economics and International Finance from the Catholic University of Milan and completed the Executive Education program in Financial Analysis and Valuation for Strategic Decision Making at Columbia Business School, New York. He built a significant career at Borsa Italiana’s Capital Markets, where he was Head of Primary Debt Markets Development and Promotion. For more than two years, he has been leading the development and origination of Corporate Finance transactions at national and international boutique advisory firms.
Emanuele Ceriello
Executive Manager M&A and Structured Finance
He holds a degree in Economics and Management from Bocconi University, with a specialization in Finance. He has solid experience in structured finance and corporate finance, gained in major companies such as Tamburi Investment Partners, CFI Group and in international corporate contexts such as Edison and Nadara. In the course of his career, Emanuele has followed numerous M&A and Structured Finance operations, both domestic and foreign.
Ilaria Mattei
Treasury and Accounting Manager
Graduated in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan and in Business Management from the University of Bologna. After graduation, she completed her professional training at Pirola Pennuto Zei law firm and is a registered member of the Bologna Association of Chartered Accountants (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti). She later gained experience in administration, accounting, and finance within both national and international organizations.
