Giorgio Ruini
BoD Chairman
Graduated in Economics and Business, he built his professional experience in accounting, administration and control at Mars Italia and worked as General Operating Manager at Hospal.<br><br>In 1985 he co-founded Bomi Group, where he served as Chairman from 2011 to 2019, leading the company through the listing process on the AIM market.<br>Co-founder of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici and member of its Executive Committee and Treasurer from 2008 to 2018, he was awarded the title “Cavaliere del Lavoro” (Order of Merit for Labour) in 2021.
Marco Ruini
Managing Partner
Graduated in Economics and Business, he served as Chairman of Bomi Group until September 2023, reporting to the President of UPS Healthcare, Wes Wheeler.<br>In addition to his main role at Bomi, Marco was a member of the AIM Italia Advisory Board (2017–2019) and held the role of VP at Confindustria Dispositivi Medici since 2018.
Lisa Vascellari Dal Fiol
Lead Independent Director
Graduated in Business Law and Economics, with a master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University. She is a member of the Milan Chartered Accountants Association.<br><br>She collaborated with Biscozzi Nobili Tax & Legal Firm and currently sits on the boards of Davide Campari Milano N.V.
Claudio Bulgarelli
Independent Director
Mechanical Engineering graduate, Chairman of Fintel S.r.l., a family-owned finance company.<br>He began his career at SOI Consulting in Turin and later held the position of Plant Director at Bonfiglioli Riduttori.<br>Since 1973, he has been an entrepreneur and led companies such as LB Variatori, Imi Ferrari, and Unifill, and served on several company boards.<br>In 1993, he acquired 100% of Hydrocontrol S.p.A., serving as Chairman and CEO until the company was sold to Interpump Group in 2013.<br>Chairman of Sabaf S.p.A. and board member of Exor S.p.A. and Oversonic Robotics S.p.A.
Alessandro Squeri
Independent Director
Graduated in Economics and Business from Bocconi University, entrepreneur in the food sector.<br>He currently leads his family company Steriltom S.r.l. and is a member of the Strategic Committee of PE Finance for Food One. He is also President of the youth division of Federalimentare.

Graduated in Economics and Business, with a focus on Financial Institutions and Markets, from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.<br>He also holds a Master’s in Finance and Financial Markets from the Catholic University of Milan.<br><br>With over 25 years of experience in the finance sector, Stefano has specialized in Corporate and Investment Banking, Private Equity and Asset Management.
Mario Saccone
Group CFO
Laureato in Economia presso L’università “Federico II” di Napoli, ha conseguito un Master in Business Administration presso la Bologna Business School (ex Profingest). Ha ricoperto il ruolo di Group CFO in gruppi industriali italiani, gestendo oltre 28 anni di operazioni internazionali Da quel momento si è dedicato anche all'avvio e strutturazione di un nuovo autorevole player nel mondo del Family Office italiano.
Faustino Galeotti
Investment & Relationship Manager
Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Modena, with long-standing experience in equity markets. He held positions such as Head of Equity Research and Head of Equity Sales in major financial institutions.<br>He was part of the Equity Capital Markets team at Banca IMI, following over 70 IPOs and listings, and was Head of ECM – Corporate Finance Mid Corporate.

Post-laurea ha conseguito un Master in Merchant Banking & Private Capital presso la Liuc Business School. Lorenzo nel corso della sua carriera ha lavorato nel mondo della consulenza dove si è occupato di M&A e Transaction Services. Ha collaborato nella riammissione alle negoziazioni di ABC Company.

Nel corso della sua esperienza, ha fatto una significativa carriera all’interno dei Capital Markets di Borsa Italiana come Responsabile dello sviluppo e della promozione dei mercati primari di debito e da oltre due anni guida lo sviluppo e l’origination di operazioni di Corporate Finance in boutique attive a livello nazionale e internazionale
