SERINEX

Serinex S.r.l., based in Annone Brianza (LC), is a leading company in the manufacturing of machine tool accessories. Its core business is the production of standard and customized chucks, clamping nuts, collets, drawbars, and related accessories.
Serinex products are used in all major types of machine tools (CNC machines, milling machines, drills, lathes, grinders) and across a broad range of material removal processes (steel and ferrous metals, wood, non-ferrous alloys, marble, carbon, ceramics, etc.).
Through the ABC Meccanica Club Deal, we invested alongside Finint Equity for Growth (Finint E4G), investing approximately €15.5m through the vehicle that acquired a 70% stake in Serinex. The remaining 30% was reinvested by the selling shareholders for about €6.7m.
