ABC invested approximately €6m through the ABC Food Club Deal in a vehicle that controls about 77% of the company. ABC holds about 29% of that vehicle (equivalent to an indirect stake of 22.6% in Fornaio del Casale). The remaining 71% is held by Riello Investment Partners SGR.
